This first vehicle belongs to Adrian Bennet in Bradford England. Adrian is a bodyshop man by profession and owns his own body shop. Now there's a perfect situation for building one of these cars! Probably even more important than that though is that he has a very wonderful and understanding wife. Adrian has been a serious Mad Max fan since the day he saw the movie even to the point of modifying other cars to resemble the Interceptor just because he "needed" to have one. In recent years due to the internet he was able to finally make his dream come true. He certainly has one great Interceptor!

And what did the car look like BEFORE he started on it? There is a basic requirement that a car needs to be like in order to build one of these. It doesn't need to all be there, but it is nice if it is at least a solid car. I think Adrian's base car meets the absolute minimum requirement.

And here is a picture of the man and his car. He's got a LOT to be proud of!

As nice a guy that Adrian is though we all have that "Mad Max" side as evidenced by his picture on the cover of Classic American car magazine. I have a feeling if I were ever to be featured in a car magazine that I would probably have a very similar look!

Thanks again Adrian!
