After this scene is over we see the car that the MFP is using to bait Max into staying with the MFP. It is shown to him in the basement garage of the MFP Headquarters. A BIG thanks to the Mad Max Image and Sound Archive for the clip! Visit them for lots of pictures and sound clips from the movie.

I had seen a 6-71 Roots type blower before but I had never seen the scoop that was sitting on top of it. I thought it was one of the most exotic things I had ever seen in my life. Again I thought that these cars were built just for the movie and did not expect the scoop to be something that was real.

Later in the movie when we see the car emerge from it's lair in the hands of Max we see it in it's full glory. Speaking of which......
