Note in this next picture the back of the blower. It does not have the bearing plates on the front
or the back and the back doesn't even have the proper cover. Instead they made a simple cover for the back out of a piece
of sheetmetal. Hey, the movie was done for a song ($400,000) and they had to make do with what they had.
